When will my desired location reopen?
We don’t have an exact date yet, but we promise it will be worth the wait! ✨ Join our VIP Waitlist to be the first to know when we wake up.
What happens to my pre-paid treatments / packages?
No worries, beauty! When your desired LA Lips® location wakes up and reopens, your pre-paid value will be right there waiting for you. In the meantime, you can use your prepaid treatments or packages at any of our awake & glowing clinics. We pinky promise - you won’t miss out! 🎀
Can I contact my nurse / provider directly?
While our amazing team members are busy giving clients their glow, they aren’t able to reply to patient enquiries directly. 💌 The best way to reach us is by emailing support@lalips.com.au or contacting your nearest LA Lips® location that’s currently awake and taking bookings.
